How to physically, spiritually, and financially embrace a wellness lifestyle with Naomi Damask

Naomi and I first met in our direct messages on Instagram. I was working in corporate America for a large financial firm and feeling a calling to something different, that fit me better. I started connecting with women business owners and entrepreneurs and Naomi happened to be one of them. She was a huge encourager of mine through a long soul searching process. Many of our deep conversations began around all the topics of truly living in a space of wellness – mentally, physically and financially.

On this episode of the Thrive For[e]ward podcast Naomi shares with us her personal journey of aligning her life and choosing to take a different turn. Naomi is a breast cancer survivor and thriver. She shares with us how she made the choice to turn up her dial to be her own health advocate going through that process and how now she wants the same empowerment for other women.
