Last week we answered the question “What is a mutual fund?” and today on Money on Your Mind, we are answering the second part which is “What is an ETF?” Much like a mutual fund, an ETF is a basket. The difference is that an ETF trades directly on the stock market, it’s a lower cost and a good entry point for those that want to get into the stock market but want a less expensive way to get in.
